Saddle-billed stork
This bird has its own Ancient Egyptian hieroglyph. The first depiction of this bird is from the Late Predynastic Period, before 3150 BCE. However, Saddle-Billed Storks are no longer found in Egypt, most likely due to urbanization and climate change.
